Phoenix people: racing opportunities
OK, you've all heard me talk about autocrosses (next: Nov 11 @ Firebird), and that's well and good, but you've got several chances to drive on a gin-u-wine road course coming up:
Nov. 24th & 25th: ASRA at PIR, Street A/Street B test and tune
Dec. 1st & 2nd: ASRA's Road to Racing driver school at Firebird East Track
Nov. 23rd - 25th: NASA at Firebird Main & West Tracks
Nov. 10th & 11th: SCCA Regionals at PIR
Dec. 8th & 9th: SCCA Regionals at PIR
The SCCA races are closed to new entrants, but are fun to watch. The other events are wide open. Come out and drive your car like it was meant to be driven!

Alright folks, one last chance to get some track time on Saturday and Sunday. You don't have to pre-register (probably can't at this point anyway), just show up at PIR early Saturday morning with cash. Check ASRA's website (link above) for details. Anyone want to see what a CL will do on an oval/road course?
