Philly area Acura Owners
I just accepted a job in the Philly area and will be moving up there in 3 weeks. Which dealership in the area offers the best service???? Or should I just take the time to ride up to Park Ave. in NJ?

Depends on where in Philly you will be. I have been to Sussman in Jenkintown and Davis in Langhorne. Once you get here, hit me back for other dealerships. A ride to PAA will take about an hour and a half, not sure its worth it for the Oil change, but I am sure for mods it should be OK. LMK if you have other questions.

Thanks - I'll be working in Chesterbrook (just west of KoP on 202). I'll probably live somewhere around the Main Line, possibly over toward Plymouth Meeting or Conshohocken. Are you aware of any dealers in these areas?

I bought my CL from Montgomeryville Acura at Rt. 309 and Stump Rd. They have good general service and the service manger - Rodney will do anything to accomidate you. Their # is 215-661-9300. Service hours are till 8 pm too.

Montgomerville is right by my house. I was going to buy from them but they were a real pain in the ass about negotiating so i bought from Ardmore. Service there is ok i guess. I've been once for my 7500. How many times have you been to Montgomerville? I might go there next time to try it out.

Try these out:
WestChester Acura on Rt.202 near Brandywine. Ask for Bob B.- He is also a member on this board.

Have any of you PA guys seen a shiny ass CLS with Chrome 5 spoke Dronnel rims, Mirror tint, lowered, and exhaust. I gave him a card but never came here and he has got one of the cleanest CLS's you guys will ever see.

If I end up living on/near the Main Line you my be seeing another red CLS on lancaster ave/30 - mine, except I'll have a NC plate for the short term. But that won't be until after 10/28. Thanks to everyone for the area dealer info. By the time I get up there I should be ready for my 7500mi service.

I bought my car from Montgomeryville Acura on 309. The service department has been great so far. I have never had any problems with them. Sales is another ball game though...
We need to set up another meet for all the Philly CL owners. Xenon, when's the next Scott Honda meet (or are they done for the year). I've been seeing more and more out on the road lately.
Was anyone on this board around Vanguard on Friday? I saw someone in a white CL-S.

i also work in KOP and live west (Downingtown). For you, West Chester Acura would be good--about a 15 mile drive down 202. bought mine there and been very pleased with the service.

Montgomeryville Acura has been good, going there next Thursday for my modified 15k service. (Tranny fluid/Oil) Should be around $60+tax. Rodney told me that Acura recommends getting the tranny fluid changed at 30K and if anything happens before then it's on Acura but I think I'll spring for the extra $40 and get it done, too much invested to sit in a cheezy loaner for a month. Wayneat PAA told me in the summer that their will be a fall meet near the end of October, if not let's have our own. BTW, Silver CL-S spoted last night at 12:30 on Cottman&Torrsdale with a blown fog light. Anyone?

Since PAA meet is not coming through just yet, we might as well pull an all out CL meet. The sooner the better, so lets do it this saturday, the 13th.
Location: well it depends on who is coming from where. Basically right now we have a majority in the KOP area so the natural location would be in that hood. However, if more owners show face towards this way, then maybe we can find a middle ground.
Time: Start 10:30-11 and go till whenever.
So if u think you can make it this Saturday, check in here. Ill get the ball rolling.

I can definately do it this Saturday. Why don't we all meet @ Champps Sports bar in KOP. It'g got a big lot and we can chill at the bar. Good food too.
