performance parts CL-s

I'm sort of stuck in the middle on what I should get for the most gains. I have about $400 to spend and I can get one or the other below.
Just XS headers ~$300
OR
Crank pulley
throttle body spacer
IM spacer

I can grab just headers OR get the 3 listed above for basically around the same price range. Which of these would give me the most HP or torque and be the best bang for my money?

Headers & crank pulley. You can get the option racing pulley on EBay. Works great & is cheap.

the headers probably make more power alone than the other 3 combined.

Headers and Crank Pulley would be the most bang for your buck

ive been trying to find the option racing pulley with no luck, is it safe to assume this pulley would be a good purchase for an 03 cl type s?

Awesome thanks for the advice. Ill be ordering the headers soon, and probably the crank pulley.
Does anyone know if the ebay link above will work. the one I saw on Heeltoe.com is $200 so the one above is a way better deal.
Also I saw the IM spacer on Heeltoe, Will lis one affect how high my IM sets. I read in another thread some people had to adjust their hood because it set up too high. Idk if this was only with the MDX spacer.

I have the P2R IM Spacer you saw on heeltoe & Outlaw Thermal Spacer kit installed on my car and my hood is fine without any modification. The connectors and hoses fit a little tight with both spacers on.

Awesome could you tell a difference after putting it on? And do you have to get the outlaw thermal gasket?
^never mind just read on heeltoe that all you need is the P2R thermal gasket.

is there one out there that doesn't require a smaller belt? does having the smaller belt versus stock sizes belt help more than the stock sized belt?

If you have an Auto CL-S/CL-P I'd recommend the DC Sports headers instead of the XS. It's a better quality header.

Yes our XLR8 UR stock diameter pulley doesn't require a smaller belt. It does not underdrive the accessories.

The point of a underdrive pulley is it's smaller so yes you need a smaller belt. If you just want a lighter pulley you can use the same size belt. You won't get as much gain though.

So is this pulley the same size as the stock one? also it says it will not work with a 6MT CL-s

The belt can be found in the FAQ I think. Or do a search for crank pulley belt.
Yeah I see that now. Maybe it will maybe it won't maybe the Option one isn't made any longer....Not sure.
I thought the 3.0 & 3.2 engine used the same crank pulley. Maybe someone else con confirm that.

The one fuzzy posted is the under drive pulley which is smaller than stock, which is why it under drives the accessories slightly. The part numbers for the first gen CL are the same for the second gen.

outlaw engineering makes a im spacer kit that comes with tb spacer as well, its like $100 new on their website. id get that the pulley and maybe a cai. one of the major problems with the j series is heatsoak. not only will you have better performance but the motor will prolly last longer, plus raise your mpg.
