Pedal and Floor Vibration

So when cruising around 65+ plus I start to feel a noticeable amount of pedal and floor vibration. I have Kuhmo Ecsta ASX tires. Could it be these tires that are causing the vibration or should I have the CV joints etc checked? The alignment is good and the wheels are balanced.

I also get a little more shuddering when I am accelerating from 50+, moderate accleration nothing dramatic.

What all should I check to get this vibration issue resolved

Motor mounts, bent rim, rotors are so warped that they are scuffing the brake pads...

I just took it in for a 45k mile service. Shouldn't they have checked all this stuff? Especially the Rotors?

They should have checked the rotors. Not sure about the other stuff.

I was just listing things I have seen on the board before.

It really sounds like the balance is off. Maybe a bent rim.
