I am getting the following parts used and want to make sure I replace all the necessary parts when I do it (actually, I am getting it done for a couple bucks). The following is what I found when I was searching around. The main thing I am concerned with is the headers - found a ton of info on xs, but not so much comptech.

Icebox

1. KN RU-2590 to upgrade air filter

Headers

1. Exhaust manifold O ring gaskets. I went to the dealership and they gave me (2) of part number 18212-SA7-003.

Also torque settings:
23 lb/ft for the bolts that connect the header to the head.
40 lb/ft for the bolts that connect the header to the "A" Pipe.
25 lb/ft for the bolts that connect the "A" pipe to the converter.
O2 sensor is 33 lb/ft

Exhaust

1. Apply some PB Blaster on the bolts to allow for a smooth transition

Am I missing anything?

You may need to replace your stock header gaskets if they look to not be on ok shape.
Other then that you got it. Header replacement is the same for all of them.

Also I hope you got parts that fit the 6mt & not the auto.

Thanks fuzzy...yup, everything came from another blk/blk 6-spd. Got the header and exhaust installed today, forgot exhaust gaskets, but an easy fix. Icebox will be installed tomorrow.
