painting interior wood pannels (dash and door)

I'm trying to get my interior wood pannels painted. I either want to do them just black to match the rest of the interior, or anthracite to match the color of my car. Do they pop out of the console and door inserts? Or do I need to take the entire door pannel or console out?

How much would a paint shop charge to do this? Because I definetly want it to be done professionally, not just some spray paint job. Thanks guys!

The door panels need to come out & the trim needs to be removed. It's held on with rivets from the backside. Once you remove them you need to figure out a way to reattached the trim. (glue, screws, etc.)
Same goes for the back trim pieces.

The console pieces juts pop off.
