What are your good and bad comments of the quality of advisors and quality and thoroughness of work performed.

Most importantly, have they done any damage while in for service??

they have good service though, i wouldnt buy a car from them though, i went to troy for my car even though surburban is 1 mile away from me, i fuckin hate chip, he told me and my dad to leave the dealership..

Never dealt with Surburban in Novi, but Suburban Acura in Troy seemed pretty decent. I bought mine from Ann Arbor Acura, and they were really good about everything.
