One step colder plugs

Will autozone or advance have plugs one step colder that are about the same as the zex plugs ?

If so, what are good one's to get?

So I got NGK ZFR5F-11.
The guy said these are colder plugs than factory.
Anyone really know ?

5 is a stock CL heat range, 6 is stock for a CLS which is colder for the increase compression ratio. The higher the number, the colder the plug. NGK's heat range numbering system is backwards than every other plug manufacture.

zex are colder. had them and liked them. but i need something even colder for my next temp. set up
