Problems: brake rotors at 16000; had em turned--seems like its coming back again. Moonroof rattle---hope to have it fixed at 30K service

I'm at 33K miles. Purchased May of 1999. 
PROBLEMS:
ROTORS: Replaced TWICE now.
Brake Pads: Also replaced twice when rotors were replaced.
Transmission: Replaced over this past weekend.
Horrible squeaks and rattles.

Replaced: A/C pulley, Right front knuckle joint.
Current Issues:
*Hard to start in cold weather
*Seat belt doesn't retract properly a lot of the time
*Sunroof starting to rattle on bumps
*Odd clanking rattle in the front when going over any type of bump at low speed - but currently not consistent enough to determine source on my own.
*A/C fan makes faint rattle sound passengerside at low (fan) rpm
*Transmission starting to piss me off with its silly shift and torque-lockup patterns.
(None of which are currently worth my time/effort to bring the car in for.)

Purchased PDG Aug 1st 2000....................17,600 miles and ok. When new replaced auto climate control thermostat and rear seat back on driver's side. Early models tended to fall off! Mufflers repainted twice (Honda chipping/flaking problem!). Car still has hard to find rattles when going over rough streets in cold weather.

dealer scratched rims pulling it on lift, but had them buffed out
Replaced front rotors and brake pads under warranty at 29k miles
issues I haven't fixed
battery dies really easy
lost the that little flap door in the gas tank right where you place the nozzle into.
Sometimes in the summer it is hard to start.

Bad O2 sensor at 15,000 mi, o/w no major problems so far; dreading the inevitable (read: tranny failure).

bought mine....1/16/02.....no problems except for rattles in sunroof, the back rear speaker i think seems to be rattling... i really dont know where its coming from....i do know the sunroof rattles when the inner flap is open even if the roof is closed. i have approx 2800 miles on it....i love it !!!

I like the way the car drives but I don't understand the problems. This is supposed to be a sports coupe not a $15,000 Sentra. Acura's service also sucks, I have had nothing but trouble dealing with them. If this car is giving me problems already just imagine what's going to happen once I get over 50,000k and the warranty is no longer valid? I thought that Acura made good cars and had good resale value. They clearly missed it with the CL. I think the rushed production and didn't make a complete product.
I should have bought a Lexus!!!!!!!!!!!

knowing the dashboard and all of the attached parts have been taken apart, this car doesn't feel like a new car at all.
it's not the matter of fixing the problems anymore after taking apart the dashboard....I'd driven the car for about 2 weeks since the purchase and it's been at the shop for more than a week now....not acceptable on a brand new car IMO.
most likely the rattle/squeak/creak problem will be still there and I'm going to find out if this can qualify for the lemon law (after 3-4 visits to the shop for the same problem, you can qualify it says).
all I want is a brand new CL Type S with no rattles that I paid a lot of money for.

bought at aug,2000 and how it has about 15000 miles.has the 15000 miles tranny fluid changed.my cls is all stock... enjoy driving it since the first day i bought it..still like it..a very nice car
and the only problem is the speaker cover on the door ..it is not cover perfectly..that is the only problem on my cls so far..and hopeful it will not have any problem afterever..
