i don't think so... you are just going to paint over the scratches?
That is like going to Maaco and painting over the rust on your car.
You probably have to ge them buffed out and then repainted of something like that.

To get a minor scratch out of a wheel really doesn't cost that much. I got a couple of wheels fixed last year and it worked out to $100 per wheel Cdn. So with the exchange to U.S = $50 per wheel .

I got a CHROME 01 CL-S rim from Black Market for $95 SHIPPED!!
Its way easier and cheaper to get a new rim. Just be patient
and keep your eyes on the Black Market!!!
