Question Oil sending unit CL Type S

I was changing my oil and my mechanic noticed a small leak above the oil filter and he told me it was the oil sending unit. Just to make sure, does he seem correct?

But, I think it was the pressure switch and o-ring.

Its the pressure switch and o-ring...

Would I just need the o-ring since there is a leak or do I have to get both?
