Oh.. I went to this afternoon to pickup the mother-in-law from Logan Airport...

While going on rt-16 east, I saw cops on bikes cutting off the traffic... and guess what .. it was what seems the "annual" last ride of the year for few thousands of bikes... all kind o f bikes...

Rt-16 was full and packed with riders... I guess it was 2-3 thousand bikers all are driving fast....way fast and escorted by blue-lighted -and blinking Bikes....

Anyways, coming from Logan the same rinders were coming back on Rt-60... so, I took 1-AN and hit the 128 West... now traffic was all the way backed up to 1A-N/128W connector.... on 128 West... traffic getting heavy... so I decided to take 93 North...

And hear this,.... The car, myself, and mom-in-law, and huge 1 luggage bag... 1/2 tank... downshift the 2nd and Buried the go pedal to the metal... I hit the rev limiter in 2nd.. before I could glance to odometer ... Shift to 3rd... grabbed the left most lane then quickly hit the 4th... and I was doing a 100 MPH...

Mom was so cool, so silent.... Ah, I guess she wanted to be home fast

Now I need to be more careful.. :

Ah... She said... lose the Acura... and get yourself a beamer a Benz, or an Audi (she prefers 4-doors too).. I told her and I am looking into the next V-8 S4... And she nodded in agreement...

Acutally, I am planning to organize a day-long "famaily" test -drive visit to the new Audi/Porsche dealership in Nashua... Super nice facilities....
