Octane and the CL-S?

I'm sure this has beed discussed before (appologize for the newbie question), but I couldnt find any available threads on the topic. So... what's the deal - do you REALLY have to run hi-test in these babies?

Midgrade?

87 + additave?

Whats the gig?

Do you HAVE TOO? No
Should you YES

You can run 87 or 89. The ECU will detune your car to compensate. You will loose performance & gas milage.

And.

87 -> 89 ~= $0.10 diffrence / gal
89 -> 93 ~= $0.10 diffrence / gal

do the math and shove a couple of bucks in one your lunch and use premium.
