OBDII to laptop

OBDII to laptop
I bought an OBDII computer adapter from www.obd2allinone.com.
I hooked it up to a laptop and got a readout from all the sensors on the car. I initially got it as my Check engine light was on, the freeware programs read and reset EDCs as well.
Has any one had any experience with this? Any baseline set of numbers that a 'healthy' well tuned CL should be showing. If this existed with a set of possible reasons behind over or under inflated readouts, it could go a long way in helping people properly tune their Acura's for a reasonable budget.
