Not a moonroof Rattle, but a Side window rattle

Ok, I have had the moonroof rattle, and have yet to fix that problem. But my damn side windows make this cheap rattle sound whenever I slam them shut. You can hear its banging against the 2 pieces of metal when you close the door.

Can anyone explain how this can be adjusted? I can easily take off the door and gain access to the power motor for the window, but I am not exactly sure what to do from there. Any help is appreciated

At first I thought it was my door or something like that. But then I realized that when I put my finger down in the slit where the window comes up and make a wedge and close the door, it makes no sound
