I was on US Rt. 70 and pulled up next to this Tiburon with all these stupid stickers and shit on it going about 80. I gave him a synicle thumbs up sign and took off. He kept up with me pretty good until I started trying and hit 140 and blew by him like he was standing still. Then we hit some traffic so we had to slow down =\. We managed to get to the front and I pulled to the right side and let him catch up. We gave each other thumbs up. Then we hit 3 lanes again and I didn't see him anymore (meaning I pressed on the gas and he couldn't keep up)

No, I think he still had stock exhaust. I didn't get a look at his breaks so I don't know if he had anything possibly under the hood. My CL-S is still stock, though.

First off Minch relax. If you are that against it become a cop. I understand not doing 100 in a residential neighborhood, but every thread with any racing or speeding/ticketing has this same response from you.
Oh back to the thread. Those v6 tiburons are pretty fast. I think it got a 1/4 of 15.2 i saw somewhere.

I've seen that Tiburon in I-95 once or twice, but was too much traffic to play with him/her.

I don't remember. I think it was one of the newer ones, but I couldn't tell the difference...didn't get a good look at it besides from the stupid stickers.

stock for stock they run like a nissan spec v... but with intake they gain about 16 hp to the wheels. there stock intake is very restrictive..

aside from the fact that i'm korean and you're being a lil stereotypical..you should do a little more research on the car you're talking shit about..it might be a bit surprising to you but the new tiburon didn't get a review that claimed it was a POS..it wasn't too bad in fact..very good warranty...decent horsepower...track time of low 15s..and reasonably nice interior..so exactly what's so "piece of shit" about all that? granted it might not be as nice as our cars..it is still respectable in what it does..so fuck you homie..koreans own you

yeah so is their exhaust..my friend with v6 manual has aem cai n greddy evo's..and damn that thing flies...i only beat it by 2 car lengths off the line in my cls
