Non-Navi Climate Control to Navi Climate Control?

I've searched plenty and so far only found answers like "then this, this and this wont work..." and "why?", but no definite yes or no.

Will the Climate Controls from a Navi CL or TL swap into a Non-Navi CL or TL? I understand I will lose some functionality, but will it work? If so, can I still control the AC Seperately?

I'm looking to get the dash trim from the Navi CL and using it to mount a screen for a carputer, but I need to relocate the climate controls and the Navi Climate controls would be perfect.

Any and all feedback is appreciated!

What people are trying to tell you is YES the controls will work but YOU WILL lose the manual function of the AC controls. You will still be able to use the "AUTO" feature to heat or cool your cabin. If you were hooking up the factory navi screen then you could wire in those leads to give you full control of the climate control like I did.

That's exactly the answer I needed. I wont be using the factory navi screen at all so I guess auto control is all I get. Will I still be able to independantly turn on and off the AC? I've never been in/messed with a CL with Navi so i dont really know.

Also, will the navi screen itself still control the AC without the Navi computer/brain installed?

Yes you will.

Don't know. Never tried it without the "brain" installed. Good luck.
