No sportsmanship, very low................... Thumbs down!!!

I was heading home from work, saw a black CL Type-S up front, with plates "CL LATR". There were 2 lanes, then I got next to the car, going at about 40mph, cruising along (3rd gear) with this Type-S, getting ready to shift to 2nd for some action. About 30 seconds later, the CL floored it, and I shifted to 2nd and floored it too. At about XXmph, I was like at least 1.5 car length ahead and decided to shut it down because I was pulling on the CL more and more. Then all of a sudden some bus came out from nowhere, about 100ft in front of me. I wanted to change lane, to the CL Type-S's lane(I was already decelerating), but the CL reacted earlier than I did and floored it again. I didn't want an accident so I let him pass and changed to his lane.

This guy was so LOW....... He slammed on his brake and started to hang with this bus, trying to block me from changing lane and passing him again. He did not want to pass this bus because he knew that my car was quicker and he was AFRAID TO LOSE again. So the CL and the bus blocked the complete road.

I can't believe someone would do stuff like this. I think he should change his plates to "CL Losr"

I love CL Type-s, but this driver just...........I don't know, he should be driving a GEO METRO......... He made CL Type-S owners look bad.

I drive a stock 02' S2000, with 3200 miles right now. Not planning to mod it anyway. Only thing bad about the stock car is the stereo system, got that taken care of already.

Yup, for spending $2000 for I/H/E, all you get is 5-10hp RWHP. Your car would be loud as hell. Maybe 0.1 second quicker in 0-60mph. Not worth it.

I believe S2000 is a car that you don't wanna mess with its engine, unless you are a Mechanics. 240hp coming from a 2.0 liter is already at its limit.. People adding SC and turbo are just asking for trouble.

It depends what kind of car you had before. I am used to No-torque-you-gotta-rev-it-up cars, so I have no problem with the S2000. It is kind of hard to do a quick street launch (Very loud, you would be making a scene), but the S2000 is not a drag car anyway. Once it is moving (25mph and above), it is quick! On the "track/highway", going from 60mph to 120mph, it just kicks ass. But then, you always have to downshift 2-3 gears to get the max out of it. It is not super fast, but it is a fun car.

I can't wait to test drive the Cl-S 6 speed.

Hey, I drive a Geo Metro!
I love the gas mileage, especially for us unemployed people.

Sorry, man. I wasn't trying to put Geo Metro down.

Ok, maybe he should just take the bus. Since he likes to hang with the buses that much.

I thought it was gonna be a friendly race. But it turned out that the CL-S driver was being such an A$$. A month ago, I raced with a WRX, some road, same situation, it was fun and we both stopped and talked about our cars after the race.

I think people should just relax. Ease up on the coffee at work. If someone tries to race you on the street, you can either ignore him/her, which is cool, or if you are going for it, make it a friendly race, enjoy it and remember to play it safe (Race only if there is "no cars/not many cars near by" on an "open" road.
