NGK Iridium Spark plug Gaping size??? Or no gap?

I want to put in My NGK Iridium IX Spark plugs in today; and I am trying to figure out if I should gap them or not. Advance Auto parts says gap should be 0.44 but some people say I shouldn't gap these plugs on my CL-S.
Can I get a few opinions fron you guys so that I can come to some sort of consensus. I want to put these in before I go on my trip Saturday (which is a nice lil ride).
If you have had them or currently have them please comment....or if you know about these plugs at all that would help.
