Nope...won't make a friggin difference. Plus the recommended replacement time for the Denso Iridiums is like 30K and the NGK Platinums is like 90K Go w/ the NGK

NGK are a good brand, they are the stock plugs (or were the stock plugs) used on the integra's when they were in production.

Just FYI, the '03 came with NGK Iridium plugs, IZFR6K. I replaced them with the Denso IK20's after a misfire problem. Am now running the IK22's with the blower.

Go with the Bosch +4s. I had the Densos and recently swapped them for the +4s and there is no difference at all. Save yourself the money.

Now personally I'd go with NGKs not only because of price but also I like NGKs. I have 2 gas tractors(John Deere),1 truck(Toyota Tundra), a Mini-van(Honda Odysee), my car(94 Honda Accord), a garden tiller, sprayer(for my lawn matience business), and tons of small motors(like blowers and weed trimmers for the business).

EVERY MOTOR i have has NGK plugs in it. Why do i swear by NGK. well I used to be a Champion(which is basically Bosch(it's like a GMC pickup it's basically Champion). anyhow I used a Champions in my sister's car(now the plugs were "rated for 90,000) after about 55,000-60,000 miles of use the plugs were TRASH. they were black and crappy looking.
Now I put in NGKs in ran the same car (which are rated for 90,000 miles) checked them after same amount of miles they look pretty good. there's some wear you can tell( but you can still get about a year or 2 off of those plugs).

by the way roo97ss: if your buying a C/T S/C make sure to change the plugs before you bolt on the S/C because you can't access the plugs with the S/C on. I know you can take it off. but it will save you 1.5 or 2 hours of work

SC kit comes with denso IK 22

I heard bosch platinum4+ isn't good to run in our engines?

NGK is cheaper but IMHO you will not notice any difference in spark unless you are heavily modified

I know the rec. timespan for replaceing the stock sparkplugs is like 100k/90k.

Should they be replaced sooner??

aight...the manufacture recommendation is 100K or 90K...but they also say change ur oil filter every other oil change...do u trust that. I don't and I hope no one else does either. This is the same thing. I pulled my plugs out at 45k to see how they were doing and they seemed fine but I think I'm gonna change them at around 60K. I just don't trust 90-100K of my driving style on plugs...I don't care what the recommendation is
