But this is a fine example of an engine. Dual runners per cylinder, quad cams... All originating in the 80's...

Yup that site is a goldmine. They were the first to discover that Rust-O-Leum ™ is great for removing rotor rust but provides not enough slip for braking. What to do? Sure enough a heavier oil is recommended.
