New Car Warranty

So if you could remove the new car warranty that came with your car and get about $1,000 off the final price you pay for the car, would you forgo the OEM warranty?

I think im gonna opt for the 100k warrenty as soon as come up with a grand.. My tranny went but they just flussed it, got a lil better but starting to slip again. i got 35 k miles
