New aggressive bumper grill, looks OEM too :)

CL has new aggressive bumper grill thanks to Mazda6-S

1. Mazda6-S center grill - $14
2. 1/2 hour to drummel fitment.
3. 10 minutes to zip tie critical point to CL's existing CL's grill bars.

Very OEM looking & aggressive

Maybe someone can host the pics.

Charles, it looks sweet!! Any noticable difference in material between the grill you've used compared to other homemade grils?

$14 total + 40minutes of your time.

Part from Mazda dealer: Lower bumper mesh grill between fog lights for Mazda6-S, ask for the one w/ lip spoiler or sport package.

It's made of hard thick plastic, a lot better looking than the cheap looking gutter guard I tried before. More OEM looking. The grill is curved & bendable, so it can form w/ the CL bumper's curvature.

Sorry, don't remmember the part number, thrashed the plastic package a couple of days ago.

That looks real clean, yea screw gutter guard grills. But if someday that plastic grill fails, you can always come get the heavy duty metal grill from me

No need to feed thru anything, it goes in FRONT of CL's existing grill & U can feed your hand from the top down for zip tieing.

M3, M5, Audi RS4, IS300, ect... have these sport grills, why can't our CL have them too :P

IMO, these black plastic grill gives the bumper a more sportier look than Honda/Acura's line grills, & it serves to protect our radiator better from road debris.

Gutter steel guard's mesh grid are too close together, it may restrict cool air from cooling the radiator.

costs like 5 bucks for the grill stuff, just buy a big piece, cut to fit, i used silicone to make it stay. pretty easy. just have metal cutting equiptment

body kit

Charles,
The grill looks sweet. Great idea!

How hard was it to get the TL kit to fit the CL. Did you take the kit to a body shop and they did it or did you do it yourself? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
