New to acurazine and new to ACURA!
 

Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself, i just recently purchased a 2001 cls auto(in the shop right now because of blown tranny, thank god for lemmon law) sundance gold, names drew im 21 and live in boston lookin forward to helping eachother out and learning the ins and outs of the cl. Im a mechanic for bmw and jaguar but dont tell anyone:thumbsup: but yea anyway just dropin by to say wats up

thanks for the warm welcome guys yea pics will come soon but its in the shop for another week for the tranny(but already have an injen cai ready to be installed wen it comes out compliments to the g/f and ready to go with subs to pump up the back!)

hey welcome, sundance gold is awesome, I got one and enjoy it every day. gets noticed a lot. too bad it's hard to swap the tranny to a 6 speed on these cars. hopefully your new trans will last for the lifetime of the car.

hey guys got the car back new tranny is great have to figure out how to post pics...had to take every thing out of my trunk had a leak!! but i installed 2 tens with factory head unit and putting on the cai in the spring winter is way to crapy around boston for it

Congrats Man I have a 01 CL-S, you will love it. This community is awesome as well. The few minor problems I have had in the past I was able to resolve on my own thanks to the knoledgable members. I am a finance guy so I don't have the mechanical background like some but I love my car, and enjoy working on it. After I get this spuddering thing fixed I am going to look into doing some mods. At any rate welcome and congrats... Its an awesome car.
