Amazing how the rear end looks like an Accord 5th gen or an Acura RL ........The interior still glares CHEAP !

Not impressed.....

I disagree, if its as nice as the 2003 Navigator, then its certainly not going to be cheap.

Exterior wise, not sure why they changed the rear lights...they don't look as good as the ones they replaced.

on a scale of 1-10 on the interior
with 2 being a G35
and 10 being like a CL-S
i'd at the most give it a 5.
as far as numbers once again their poor.

Someone has a hooked up one at my job. Has a kit on it, dual exhaust, 18's. Looks nice, has the V8. But I wouldn't waste my time, or money tring to make that car nice.

Still no standard transmission on the V8 model, and the v6 only comes w/ auto now.

I've driven fords off and on for 20 years, so I usually cut ford a little slack, but unless they want to "really" compete w/ the euro-sedans, they have to come up with a standard tranny on the v8 model.

I'm waiting to see what the next generation Mustang will be like...

I don't think the LS is that bad. As least give me some credit for doing the electrical wiring for this car.

But would I buy the LS..........."NO WAY"

Car and Driver just gave it a horrible rating...They didn't like the interior (looks nice to me, but they claim it looks cheap). Plus the price went up like 10k...

That's funny because C&D absolutely loved the Aviator they tested, its performance and especially the interior.

Actually, they did say it was probably the best vehicle in Lincoln's lineup now.

it looks nice, the interior is a definate improvement over last years. looks very clean and they actually included a navigation system. if it had a manual i would be sold, but i wouldn't overlook it now.

One of my buddies works for car & driver... I wouldn't trust too many of their tests/comparisons if half of what he says is true

P.S. Stay away from ford... crap overpriced cars... in my personal opinion... around 2010 I think they should be getting their act together... right now they're gonna lay off some more people, and to cut cost they don't give their engineers enough cars to test, or enough staff to help with the test, and they haven't increased the time for the programs so... you do the math

My father-in-law owns the previous gen LS V8 and it was awesome in comparison to my '94 Maxima. It was quiet and had gobs of power. The steering was weighty and I ust loved driving it; however, it has not aged gracefully. While it still looks reasonable, the interior electrical gizmos have gotten awfully loud - especially the driver's seat motor. Nice car when it was new, but not 40K mile later. I'm siding with the "not Ford" contingent.

P.S. Interior looks sweet.

Lincoln is smoking crack. The V-8 was like 38-40k loaded. The NEW ONE is 48K loaded. They are shitting us right? Who would buy an LS over a Benz, Lex, or BMW???

Lincoln LSs are for old people in Towncars whos lease is up and they want to look younger.
