Neuspeed Flake Fix

I saw that a member did have a fix for the flaking that the Neuspeed exhausts are notorious for. Something about sanding and polishing? Is that all though? I mean, I'm a newb when it comes to detailing using sanding and stuff like that .. Is there some other procedure I'm missing, or will the exhausts be almost as good as new if I just sand the flaking parts down?

I got ya bro... that was me that had the fix with the flaking problem...

*start with taping off the part where the "bezel" is not flaking so that you dont scratch anything..

* next by using a "dremel" start by using the sanding bit at full speed.. (sand ALL of the flake off all the way around the tips..

*next use the little "grinding tool" that goes onto the dremel, all the way around tips..

* Lastly use the polish tools to shine it back up..

NOTE: it wont come out just like new.. but believe me it will look Great!

I just bought some new bits today, so I'll be trying this in a few hours after my engine and exhaust has cooled down. Thanks for the DIY instructions haha.
