need your help ppl

car runs great.. started it this morning all was good.. started it again about 4 hrs later all was good.. then went to do a service call.. started it up in 20 mins. started but was bogging down under low throttle and at idle would die.??

so i started the car, reved it up to give me time to switch into R, then once in gear was a tid bit of stuttering... then once in D it was all butter again.??

last time this happened i pulled the fuse disconnected battey and removed the 4 connectors around the TB... TPS, IACV, VSA and one other one..

but this time it's still not having it.. i'm guessing it has to do with HEAT/??

but i havn't the slightest clue where to start looking?

ANY input would be gravy thanks fellas!!!

P.S this is about the 3rd time it's happened... each time was a year apart literally.. and all three times were on hot summer days. each time symptoms were the same and if/when i got it into drive the car would always run fine. so odd

car is very well maintained. new plugs a few months ago. and everything else is up to date.

Try unpluging the icav sensor and then start the car.
See if it idles better.
You will have to clear the dtc after but,try it.
If that don't do anything check tps voltage.

ok but it's only happening when it's hot so.. what would voltage have to do with anything? why would that change because of heat

Could be an issue with the FPR when it gets hot. I seem to remember some having a problem like that only when the car was hot.

sorta sounds like what happened to my car. when i went to start it, it would start, but cut off once the RPM's dropped. happened last year, then was fine until about a year later and it happened again. i'm going to replace the IAC valve and clean out the throttle body and see if that fixes it. but it's hard to tell since it only happens like once a year or so (usually after not driving the car for a day or two)

seems more like it's an issue with temperature change rather than heat. It gets much hotter in the summer then it did a few days ago and you don't get the problem then.
