NEED HELP PLEEZ...
i think the thermostat in my 2nd gen integ just crapped out on me. pretty sure i need to replace this part. does anyone know how to do it to this car? or any car if its a relatively easy and universal procedure? any good sites on the net where i can find instructions on trouble shooting car problems? T.I.A.....

Follow the lower radiator hose to the back of the motor. It will end up at the thermostat housing. Use pliers to unhook the hose clamp. Then pull out the hose from the housing. Be careful there will be fluid spilling. There are 2 10Mill bolts on the housing. Remove the blots and pull the front housing off and inside is the thermostat. Change it and reverse the process to put it back in.

hopefully noone has to tell you to make sure that the engine/cooling system is COOL!! don't mess around with the radiator or hoses after a significant drive

Its funny you said that. I had a remember this dumb ass in highschool that took his cap off after driving the car and lets just say his face was fucked up for a while.
