Need ford help...CL-S is stored...How do you compress caliper piston on 1990 escort..

If it is simply a round end , then you can just compress them with a set of large pliers , however if the end of the piston where it contacts the brake pad has grooves in it that make an X or + then you need to turn and compress at the same time . they sell a tool for this at ur local auto store , cheap too!
