Navigation 2.05 info on Acura's Site

The coverage area of the 2.05 navi-rom is now on Acura's site - from the Owner Link go to "Purchase Acura Navigation DVD" Since people were complaining of inaccuracies in the PDF that was posted - I'd assume this is pretty accurate..

I actually got mine when it first came out - but I don't think they're going to drop in price though.

craigyg69 Have you noticed that much of a difference since you did the upgrade??? Was it worth it, in your opinion?

The only place you can get it cheaper to my knowledge is find somebody who is selling their 2.05-equipped used Acura and trade out your pre-2.05 for theirs and leave it up to the new buyer (sucker) to sort it all out.

My guess is used 2.05 Acura's will start to be sold in greater quantities by mid-next year if not sooner.

I don't really notice much of a difference - but it was worth it for me to have the piece of mind that whenever i'm going somewhere I don't know - that I have the newest available maps. I wouldn't want to be caught in a situation where I get lost and could have been saved by a newer version. So to answer your question - yes it was worth it just to have that piece of mind. Not to mention I sold my old version (2.03) on Ebay for $50, so that cuts down the price right there..
