I need to reset my personal pin for both user 1 and 2.

I tried using the PINs within a month after getting my car in Sept., '02, but couldn't figure out why I couldn't get them to work.

I can only figure that someone sat in the car before my purchase, and programmed some random PINs in for both users. If it needs to be reset, can I do this or do I need to run it to the dealer??

I'm having my 30k check soon, so I can have it reset then (I guess).

Try 8888, 0000 and 1234 they may be there by default.

If you have the anti-theft code for the navi, try that . It should work like a master code to log you in. Once you are in, you can change your personal PIN #'s.

Got it!! Thanks guys. I put some random code laying around in my leather Acura manual in for the 4 digit code, and it started working!!!
