navi decoder box?

navi decoder box?
one of the first things i do when i get my car is to put a ps2 in. i know you need the decoder box. i think streeteffectz uses the pioneer one. i found one at onlinecarstereo. the model number is avcrgb1. is this the right one. also, how hard is it to install. i have no clue on how to install anything so i need to take it to a shop. will a shop figure out how to install it?
