name that sound. . . .

got a sound coming from the passanger side wheel... during accelaration, the moment the car transfers weight, it makes a kinda tick noise.. if the car bobs, it ticks however many times the car bobs, it does it in forward and reverse...
only while in gear, (if its in nuetral and i mash the brakes, it wont make the sound)

the lugs are all tight and nothing is visibly loose behind the tire...

my dad tells me it might be the axel... if so i got a hondacare warranty, would it be covered??

I had a noise that sounds similar and it all boiled down to bushings being dry and needed to be greased.
