I spoke with an installer from Myer-emco the other day at the MIR races and emailed him the instructions on how to do the "video in my navi" installation. Does anybody know what kind of work they do? Is it the same type of crap you can find at circuit city or is it more upscale like streeteffectz? He claimed that he has done a couple of video installations on earlier model TLs with navi.
I went to their website but the feature installion section is down.

Really they are that bad? I have never even heard of them before, so I don't know what they are like. The cars they had at the races looked pretty good.

Whoa, that same (or identical) Focus was at the car show here last weekend, I have two shots just like that of that car. It did look decent in person, if they are the ones whoa are responsible for that car then I'd say they do a pretty good job.

I didn't say they did a bad job, just said they cost a arm and a leg. For example tried to charge me like 500 for a trunk installed sub in the spare tire area.

Talking to the installer he said that they might not be able to do it because of safety reasons. (Video playing in drivers sight) So he was kind of hinting that he will personally do it and not get the store invovled. So maybe that will be cheaper, but then again I'm guessing that doesn't come with a warrenty. Well if I get an email back from the guy, I'll post what he is charging.
