My tranny lawsuit settlement info

I'm posting this for the benefit of those that are currently experiencing tranny problems. A while ago I posted that I settled my lawsuit with Acura but I deleted it because I didn't have the check in hand/cashed yet. It has since been cashed.

My 02 CLS's tranny died at 1500 miles in Nov 01, and was out of my possesion waiting for its new tranny for over a month. Because I had just gotten rid of my 99 Chevy Tahoe lemon, I was fairly gunshy so I initiated the lawsuit right after the tranny was replaced. To the cars/Honda's defense I had no other major issues appear for the remainder of my lease. Because the car was leased, I was not able to sue using the lemon law under PA state law (this has now changed). I was however able to sue for breach of warranty due to the amount of time the car was out of my possesion. I was awarded 2500$ for my trouble, and my lawyer fees were covered. It was originally supposed to be a 3000$ settlement but my lawyers made some kind of error and to make a long story short it turned out to be $2500. Oh well.
I think there were some doubters here last time I posted this so here's some pics for ya:

I'm a little confused....

so they take the car back, give u $2500 plus whatever u were paying for the car and ur left with all the cash for a new car or....

u get the car back after the tranny is replaced/fixed and u are compensated for the inconvenience (the 2500)?
