Just amazing

It's really nice to see what headers/intake/exaust and some sticky tires can do for a 6spd.

Ignorance...how ironic...You might want to check out my350z.com...you'll find that a 13.9 1/4 has been achieved by many stock Z's and even some G35c's. Add an intake, remove the resonator and some have achieved 13.6 @105mph. No one is getting 'smoked'. You should do your homework before posting next time...and maybe not be so quick to call someone stupid/ignorant.

13.6 slip for a 350z w/intake and resonator removed:

edit: btw that was a badass vid...nice run.

I guess he didn't build a true replica. If I remember right, the original shelby could do 0 to 100 to 0 in something like less then 10 seconds.

I guess he couldn't find a good v8 for it? Wasn't the original something like a 400cubeinch cleaveland block v8?

From what i understand, getting a motor that comes close to the original shelby's is damn hard, not to mention expensive. Those things are Ferrari beaters.

Still should have been faster than that. Shelby's are pretty light chasis if I remember correctly. Sounds like that motor could use some tuning.
