MY old windshield wiper bent scracthed the windshield so I bought Rain-x Latitudes.

So my old wipers scratched my windshield with a noticable scratch . It actully twisted so the metal part was pressing against the glass and it was pouring rain so i didnt fix it for a few min till i got home. Is there any way you can get scratch out of the windshield?
I went out and bought some Rain-X latitude wipers for $38 (pretty expensive)
Has anyone tried these out or have and expierence with them?

All my cars have them. I use Michelin, but they are the same things.

I've got the Bosch Icons which are similar and I love them.

It's possible to get the scratches out, but I wouldn't call it a DIY kind of job. Might have to call the pros do get that fixed.

Pay your comprehensive insurance deductible and have your windshield replaced. My rear view mirror broke off, so I have to get that done next week.
