The fogs are Hella Micro DE. Its an 03 CL, no fog lights, so I added those. They were like $160 when I got them.

That sucks! At least you're ok and appear to be enjoying it. lol Hard to tell if it's totaled though, from the looks of it, the front clip looks pretty tweaked up. Look at the bright side though, at least you'll get to replace that gold with some chrome!
But hey, what was the cause of the accident??

If it is totaled or not really is determined by the estimate that is written by the insurance adjuster. I just wrote one on an 02 for 8k and it was not totaled because that combined with a salvage value was not worth more than the ACV (actual cash value) of the car. Wherever the car is taken too find out when the adjuster will be out to look at the vehicle and just ask to maybe see his estimate or know what his bottum line total was. Also have your receipts and such for things like the fog lights because all that would add to the value of your car if they total it out or if they are attempting to determine if it is totaled. I hope this helps.
Just from the pics I am guessing it would be close to 4-5k damage depending on the frame damge. Your whole front end appears sheared though too so not only your fenders but the inner rails are gone.

Hey, thanks for the info supernova_inc. My passenger side door is pretty scarred as well, and my drivers side door is a little tough to open.
The accident was my fault, as I didn't see an oncoming van to my right. I was crossing an intersection. The street I was crossing is so wide, the stop sign was very far from the intersection. You have to pull into the intersection to see around the cars that are parked on the corner of the street. I looked both ways, pulled out and then the van appeared!
I'm guessing I looked past the van and didn't see it, all I did was let my foot off of the brakes and barely pressed the gas, then bam, I'm turning sideways, the van that hit me kept rolling. They stopped, but the van suffered far less damage than my car did.

Here is one more thing I would liek to add since I just got off work(insurance adjusting). If it is totaled ask whomever is settleing it with you to review all the numbers that they got and why. every insurance company is diff but I know many times they use figures with market searches. If you feel your car is nicer than an average CL and/or are unhappy with the value don't settle. you can release the car to a salvage yard but do not settle unless you are completly satisfied. Things like rental car payments wether you recieved a rental car or not(if you have it on your policy) should be given to you. I hope this helps.
