Well 15k more miles (than you were looking for) on a Honda/Acura is like nothing.
If you want the navi that badly I can't help you there, but really, go sit in an 03 TL or CL and check out the navi. Then go check the navi in the MDX, RL, or TSX. Do you REALLY want to pay more for the older navi that badly?

TSX + like 70 hp + a liitle size (3 in) + LSD + betta tires + more features maybe that will rectify all your complaints

Looking here, there's a silver 01 CL TypeS right below mine with slightly more miles than mine, none of the recent service done that mine has had done, and of course without the coilovers and camber kits and it's asking the same as me for a starting price:

I love the blue. My local dealer has a black one he wants to sell me, but I'm really into the blue. I'd really consider buying your car (it's in GREAT condition), except for a few things:
-I want a car under warranty.
-I want a certified car (IE warranty).
-It's sorta too far away from me (southeast TN).
-Other thing is I've only got $20K to spend, which is ok in my neck of the woods, too low in yours.
What did you mean about the navi on the 01 models? Does it really suck? The black one at the dealership had the navi, I thought it was ok - not quite the most user friendly right away tho.

I love how many people tell me they love my car and they'd buy it EXCEPT x, y, and z.
The navi is okay, but it's just outdated now and it shows compared to newer navi systems. The design of it in the dash looks so old-school.
