Recall notice-BMW X5, Mini
Is a trend beginning here?
BMW RECALLING MINI, X5
BMW is recalling 2002 MINI Coopers and X5’s. Around 39,000 MINI Coopers need their shifter cables fixed. Also 56,000 X5’s have loose brake pedals.
Auto Spies perspective: We wonder if the Germans are questioning their decisions to build X5’s and ML320’s in the US. These vehicles have been plagued since introduction with a myriad of niggling and major quality issues. Yet the Acura MDX is built in North America (Canada) and has been virtually spot-free….Things that make you go hmmm…

would you put a 35/30 sidewall tire on an suv that weighs over 2tons? I didn't mention anything of him taking the car offroad, its just all the extra weight of an suv puts even more stress on the tires and the suspension, thus a very low sidewall will only hurt and not help
yes it does look good, but it is def not practical at all

That look is going to be the new look. High end, clean, sporty and definitely--finally, getting rid of the 'bling'...

I think those rims look perfect on there...but then again my taste is so used to 22's. Also, you don't lose much practicality with them at all...my 55 year old Dad has 22's on his Denali and he drives his truck everywhere just like they were stock. I think they look awesome in silver too!

As big as the wheels are, the tires are WAYY too small. Just look at how small the overall look of the tires/wheel are compared to the body :o
The white body color and silverish rims DONT go together at all. IMO
Deep dish (as played out as they are) would have looked MUCH better.
Huge rims + SUV = old and
Umm, thats enough for today... and no, i aint "hatin" yo - just CONSTRUCTIVE criticism

With all that weight on the tire it’s not gonna be pretty.
I hope he bought a couple of spares.
It does look sweet just sitting there though.
