My auto transport company is playing game on me now!!
I start all over again and make it clear. Don't laugh at me!! I am not good at writing. In fact, I HATE writing!!
I had my car transport from TN to CA. When the carrier pick up my car, he inspect the car and mark "no damage" on auto condition at origin of my 1st receipt. Since I received my car, there were some rubbed damage on front bumper. He just wrote damage ID code and damage location on auto condition at destination of my 2nd receipt and told me to sign the customer's signature. After that, I still ask him "Do I need to sign anything else? He said No! Just fax the bodyshop estimates to the company and they will take care of it."
After faxing estimates to the auto transport company, the boss call me and tell me that her insurance company will not pay it b/c I didn't write any damage report on my 2nd receipt. I was like " WTF!! It is ur carrier's fault!! He lied to me!!"
After I fax my 1st and 2nd receipts to her in order to prove that there were really some damage caused by her carrier,
she is like "I am sorry. Since w/o a damage report on ur 2nd receipt, the insurance company still won't pay:sqntfawk:. So can I call u back after few days b/c I need to talk about this with my husband and he is out of town?"
WTF this is gonna do with her husband!! She is the one make the decision and she is the boss of that company!!
Guys, what can I do if they refuse to pay or just willing to pay some? Can I also ask for the rental car fee from her?

I took contract law in college(and got a B)but I remember the carrier (which happens to be the lady's company) is responible for the load(which happens to be your car).
but since they(or you or whoever) loaded the car and it was in good shape and it came off the carrier damage that means they are liable. another thing you got "pinning them" is the reciept saying "yes there's damage caused by our company" and if a company's representive signed this(doesn't matter if it's lower than this lady ) they gotta pay for your damages done to your car. plus if you asked if there's anything else to sign and the representive said no( about the form) then they are fully liable.
now as far as car rental I don't see why you can't sue for
#1. cost to repair the CL
#2. Lawyer fees(if nessary)
#3. rental car fees(because they put you out of a car)
I'd go after them hard.
