My 2003 CLS 6MT Deal
Well - looks like I am gonna get 21K for my '01 Acura CLS with 235000 miles on it (today) and then "save up" for the 6MT version in a few months and they are gonna give me $1K off of MSRP of th 03 CLS 6MT. Also - I get first pick at the 6MT's they get 
I might run my car up to Carmax (I know - they low ball) just to see how close it is to good - but the CLS value is not good right now on used market -- my salesman is a friend of the family so he does the best he can. The other thing they are doing for me is they are gonna work it so I only pay tax on the difference of the new car and trade in even though it will be 2-3 months apart - that is pretty cool ... saves several hundred $$$ in NC.

Once I get over taking a beating on the trade in then I can get 100% psyched about my new 6MT 03 CLS !!
I might run my car up to Carmax (I know - they low ball) just to see how close it is to good - but the CLS value is not good right now on used market -- my salesman is a friend of the family so he does the best he can. The other thing they are doing for me is they are gonna work it so I only pay tax on the difference of the new car and trade in even though it will be 2-3 months apart - that is pretty cool ... saves several hundred $$$ in NC.
