It must be bubble season

I have a big ass bubble in my rear passenger side tire. I have never had this before, nor do I have any idea exactly what a bubble is. These are the stock michelans, I had my Nokians taken off on Wednesday. What should I do?

Had my front driver tire do that after being in a bad putwhole. Replaced it with a new tire. Had only 16K miles on the car so the other 3 were not badly worn.
