Don't bother looking up the parts under CL as they are not listed. Just call them and order these part numbers.

THERMOSTAT 19301-XGMR-0000 $69.00
FAN SWITCH 37760-XK5-00N0 $45.00
RADIATOR CAP 19045-XGER-0000 $29.00

OH BTW, don't forget to make sure the gasket lines up correctly when installing the new one. There's a little rubber tab that needs to fit properly in the engine block or you will have a small leak . . .

speaking from experience :o

I do not advise you use the MUGEN gasket that comes with it.. I recommend you take the gasket off of your stock piece and put it on the Mugen Thermostat... the rubber gaskets are different!!!!!

Sorry, yes, that's why I had the leak . . I remember now that the one on the new tstat is different and I had to take it off and put the old gasket back on. I've replaced tstats for many of years and just installed it with out reading or looking everything over. :o

Do you think not getting the fan switch and only running the low temp thermostat will cause too much thermal cycling of the engine block? From what I imagine, the only time the fan switch is needed is when the car is not moving. Is the fan switch critical?

Yes, it really should be done in conjunction. At low speeds the engine temp would remain at or near the factory setting since the fans would only cycle between 205 and 195.

Correct, my engine coolant temps vary between about 175 and 185. The stock was between about 195 - 205.

I wont hit the track in the summer period. even if your engine is running cool, your still sucking in hot air.
