One of the most common symptoms of bad motor mounts is excessive engine vibration, especially under heavy acceleration and/or engine revving, when engine movements are most pronounced. Motor mounts serve to stabilize and reinforce a vehicle engine; bad motor mounts allow excessive engine movement to occur, movement that is pronounced when excessive engine power is created. Bad motor mounts allow excessive engine movements to cause vehicle chassis vibrations that can travel into the passenger compartment of a vehicle, where the vibrations can often times be both felt and heard.
But you should prob get it changed asap if thats the case...if you let it go it can snap your front pipe and then you have a huge ass bill...happened to my brother in his TL and i just did them in my CL before having to replace the Comptech down pipe... hope this helps

If it is, have someone put it gear while you look at the engine, make sure they keep the brakes pressed. If they engine bucks alot while changing gears (mainly Park into Reverse), then you need new mounts. You can also do a visual inspection of the mounts. The side mount it right in your face, so you can't miss it. The tranny mounts you can see from under the car. The rear mount is a bit difficult to see as its stuffed down below the engine and the front is pretty easy to see as well.
