Mother of all Traffic tickets and it's conclusion

here were the charges:

Passing on shoulder...$70...2 points

Excessive Speed....$70....2 points

Reckless Driving....$560....6 points

All in one pull-over.

To make a long story short...Some hatin' ass low-life state trooper...pissed that he'll never have a car as nice as a CL-S...sees me avoid a dumbass redneck trucker trying to cut me off by swerving a little onto a merge-lane. Tries to ruin my driving-life in one swoop.

Action:

Pleaded not guilty...told them that the officer was offensive and blantantly lying under oath about the incident...pointed my finger at him in court and asked him what his problem is.

Verdict:

PBJ on all three accounts...Total of $250 fines and ZERO points.

The money was worth it to call that MONKEY out in court...the Judge pretty much proving by her verdict that the cocky asshole cop was a blantant liar and hatin-ass negro cock-sucker.

This posted:

In case any other Tax-men with a gun(Statie assholes, because all tickets are are another form of taxation) read this bored...or maybe someone that knows Officer Asshole from PG county...so they can pass the word...Suck my cock you asshole and get a life...OWNEd...have a nice day...*end of blissfull rant*

this board rocks...keep up the good work admins

They would probably suspend your license. 10 points in one pull-over is insane. :o

You couldnt find any eye-witnesses to back up your story?

A little bitter?

Don't blame ya... but still sucks that you had to pay $250 in fines b/c you got cut off. Still sounds to me like that guy gave it to you good regardless of what happened in court.... but at least you saved the points.

I got this ticket once:

(1) Exhibition of Speed
(2) Reckless Driving

In your state's terms, that's 12 points. In CA terms, its 4 points and an automatic license suspension (4 pts in 1 year).

I spent $250 and got this lawyer in a So Cal County (Mitch Mehdy aka Mr. Ticket). He got me off.

Unfortuantely, I WAS guilty The cop was rather fascinated, I must add!

Disclaimer to the dumbass that might forward this to some courthouse: This is fictional and NEVER happened...

YES! Good Job.

BUT that last part leaves me wondering if you substituted the word negro for the other N word.

Either way. NOT COOL.

PG county cops can be real assholes. I think that county leads the nation in complaints about officer's being abusive toward suspects.

I was pulled over by a State Trooper on 95 near route 100 between DC and Baltimore on a phatty summer day 2 years ago driving my mother's freshly waxed Range Rover, all windows down and playing tunes.....

$70 for 82 in a 65 (total BS, he was directly behind me @ 72 mph)
$270 negligent driving

Postponed ticket for over 1 year from citation. My written testimony of accounts that I wrote on the shoulder after having tickets issued (wrote on back of tickets) was different than what officer told judge in court.

Admitted to going 7 mph over, told me to pay the $70 and the negligent driving would be thrown out.

I hate MD State Troopers.

Hmmmm.... sounds like you may have been stopped by the same guy who got me this summer. Black MD State Tropper, in PG county. Really bad attitude.

I was on 495 coming off of Route 50. I see a Maryland State trooper in the far left lane. Think nothing of it. I eventually merge over to the far left lane as well. There is an old Volvo ahead of me and then the State trooper. I'm about 10 car lengths behind the cop.

About a mile later I guess the trooper thought the Volvo was following too closely to him so he turns on his emergency lights and slams on his brakes...in the middle of the fast lane...people are going like 70mph and he slams on his brakes. He slows briefly down to about 50 mph. I had to hit my brakes, and so did two cars behind me, I ALMOST got rear ended. The cop then speeds back up to 70 mph with the rest of traffic....completely reckless if you ask me.

So the Volvo switches lanes and merges over to the right a lane or two. I'm still going about 65-70 (this is a 55 mph zone btw). I get about 1/2 mile from the 295 North exit and the cop gets on his brakes hard again and tries to get over to exit, he makes it over 2 lanes, but he can't make the exit because there are two tractor trailers in his way. He has slowed to about 50 mph. I stayed at my speed and passed him in the far left lane. Well he didn't like the fact that I passed him, even though I was going the same speed as everyone else, 65-70. (enlarged ego maybe?)

So then the cop speeds back up to catch me, pulls in behind me right on my bumper and pulls me over. He says he "paced" me at 74 mph.

I ended up just paying the ticket... $70 and 1 point. I had gotten a ticket for 72 in a 55 about 2 weeks before that. I figured I didn't stand a chance with the judge.

Damn dude. Thats an easy ticket to get out of. He said himself he "paced' you doing 74. If he didn't get a speed gun on you and have it say 74, then no more ticket. A cop cannot give you a ticket for speeding if he doesn't have a speed gun on you (and you don't admit you were speeding). However things like wreckless driving are another story, but they must have a speedo on you for speeding tickets!

i don't know about iowa, but where i'm from pacing is a legal means of determining your speed, as are radar and laser devices.

Ummmh. Not exactly true. They can pace or use an airplane with fixed points on the road way. In Washington State they use this method. I think they call it VASCAR.

Ellicott City is Howard County. I live a mile from the court house. Been there on an underage drinking charge

dang......... $70 for a speeding tix. In FL, you get an $80 ticket minimum and thats just if you run a stop sign. Otherwise you're looking at over $200 depending on the cops mood.

I'm pretty sure the cop gave me a break. $70 is the lowest possible fine I believe.

was he a tall mofo with a fat face?

My cop was just a plain old prick with a badge...

He showed up late to court with this smug look on his face and wearing some long hollywood-style black coat over his uniform. Sat in court hitting on a female trooper sitting next to him the whole time...one of those cops you'll read about getting busted for taking a bribe or running some inside thing sooner or later Im' sure.

I don't hate all cops...but in my opinion...cops have WAY too much power in this society with WAY too little requirements...to be a cop in PG county all you need is a high school equivalent...so to hand out hot-dogs at 7-11 or have the power of judge/jury/sometimes, executioner...both with same requirements...tell me how that makes sense.

and to you guys that think I'm hatin' on blacks...I'm not...I'm just hatin' on a cocksucker that happend to be one. Anyone that lies under-oath to try to screw me gets anything I can dish out at him in my opinion...that monkey gives blacks and cops in general a BAD name...and I'm sorry, those defending him just because he's in your race is retarted as well...a jackass is a jackass is a jackass

Anyone who thinks cops have way too much power, look at your own CEO. Who has more power? Someone who can write you a $100 fine or tow your car for no reason at all? Or someone who can terminate your job and change your entire lifestyle and affect your entire family?

Both are fightable in court, but it's tough to fight HR. Must easier in traffic court. And the consequences are not even comparable. At least you can dial 911 and the police will come. What will your corporate CEO do for you if you can even reach him on the phone?

Just an example. Cops don't have THAT much power. It just seems that way to the lawbreakers.
