More props to Tischer Acura in Laurel, MD
So it was time for an oil change and I'm lazy... brought the CL in to Tischer. Also I hadn't had an alignment since I put the new wheels on - and I was curious if anything had changed since I felt some wobbling once in a while on certain roads (could be the different tires and how they drive on highways/surfaces that are paved unevenly to channel water). And I was still rubbing in the back left so decided to give some small negative camber a try to reduce it more, and see how the handling changed (already had the camber kit, may as well use it).
Dropped the car off Mon night, got my TSX loaner, and returned on Tues after work. But apparently they had left a late message on my voicemail saying the alignment machine had some problems and they were going to need to keep my car another day. Well, I arrived to this news in person and wasn't particularly happy, but what was I going to do. Came back tonight and was pleasantly surprised to see I was only charged for the oil change. Brandon had talked to Lenny during the day, and they comp'd the alignment for the inconvenience the night before. They didn't have to... and I certainly didn't imply I wanted to be compensated for my extra time/travel... but I can't complain Car was unwashed like I asked, and I drove away a satifsied customer. There's 3 other dealerships I've tried that are closer to me... but Tischer wins hands down. Better service... cheaper than normal (66%) labor on aftermarket work... and mod friendly... how can you go wrong?
