beat this, my car was in the same spot for 2 weeks, outdoors! i was waiting for a tranny which was ordered after a week a called and reminded them! lastly, when the tranny did come in, they didnt bother with it for a few more days.
once they got a call from corporate, then they called me apologizing and said that my car would be ready the next day. Santa Monica Acura is crap!

I just had the same trim replaced on my front. It was lifting at the Dside top corner. The trim they replaced it with looked a bit different - it was from an 03 I think. Looks fine now.

Precision Acura, Moncton, New Brunswick Canada. Great staff. Or maybe it just seems that way after dealing with Nissan Mutants for years.

Naw, it was scratched when I bought it. Part of the deal was to get the scratch out.

Dealers are always tring to invent new ways of fucking with people, or just fucking them over.
Its rare, but there are poeple within the dealership that ACTUALLY TRY to help.

Dealers lie most of the time, it comes quite naturally to them, like breathing. It is quite rare to find a good dealer, but they are out there, somewhere.
