I strongly recommend them ... they're about $300 or so plus installation (which you can do yourself if you are so inclined).

I strongly recommend getting Comptech headers too. The car feels more powerful when you get them installed. Its like 1400 dollars to purchase and get them installed. It was worth every penny.

Well, I am certainly gonna have to make a plug for AEM Cold-Air-Intake and Comptech Headers. And if you care about looks, can't go wrong with 19 inches chrome... heh.

I have been thinking of headers also. But they only give added HP (20-30) in the 5000 to 7000 RPM range. Only 1-5 hp in the lower RPM ranges. Don't know if the headers are worth the $1200 investment.
I will be monitoring my driving to see how often I am in the 5000-7000 range.

Yea, Kinda of Nice when they are already ON the Car before you buy: you don't have to TOIL over getting them or NOT getting them.
I've driven the CL-Ss w/o them: they are Worth the INVESTMENT if you plan on keeping the Car.

First mods for me was completely rebuilding my suspension. See sig. Next was designing and building my own CAI! Sucker is fast but wish it were 6 speeds! AEM-CAI best bang for your buck. Will give you an easy 10+hp.

I thought the same thing until I got my headers...they are awesome! You need to drive a CL with headers, it will convince you! The headers are definitey worth every penny! As for monitoring your driving to see how often you are in the 5000-7000 range, well.....YOU CAN CONTROL THAT! Just use the SS mode! It makes the car so much more fun to drive!
