Took a ML500 for a ride today

i was bored i got stuck working today, so i thought i would check one out, - impressive, big improvement over ML430 (more power and torque), plus all the other changes.

My dad and brother both have ML320s... I wanted them to go with the V8... did they listen? Noooo... I'm just a computer guy... What do I know? Now everytime I'm with them and they see another ML, they drive around it to see if its a 430... Usually it isn't.

in almost every test the ml outshines the x5, plus the x5 is overpriced

I've seen that too. The ML usually takes top rank in most studies.

In fact, the MDX typically scores higher than the X5 all around.

I think the ML suffers from poor styling, they really need to improve the rear. What do I know though, everyone seems to have one. Score 1 for MB.

the only other highlight of my day other than the quick roadtest was a salesman brought over a 1995 ferrari 355 berlinetta for a state inspection, very nice car!
